For the first time in 29 years, Holy Cross captured the Division I state wrestling championship on Feb. 11. The Tigers scored 305 points to outdistance fellow Catholic school rivals Jesuit, Brother Martin and St. Paul’s for the trophy.
De La Salle made it two state Division III championships in a row by scoring 252 points. The Cavaliers also had three individual state champions.
