The Salesian province of St. Philip the Apostle celebrated the profession and ordination anniversaries of 15 jubilarians on Oct. 29 at the Marian Shrine in Stony Point, New York.
Salesian Fathers Mark Hyde and Louis Molinelli were among the confreres who observed significant anniversaries of their first religious and priestly anniversaries.
Father Hyde made his first profession 50 years ago and was ordained 40 years ago. He most recently served as the director of Salesian Missions in New Rochelle, New York, from 2009-20. He is currently the pastor of St. John Bosco and St. Rosalie parishes in Harvey.
Father Molinelli celebrated his 40th anniversary of religious profession. Originally from New Jersey, he is currently the province youth ministry delegate at the Salesian Provincial Center in New Rochelle. He most recently served as the director of the Marrero community and Archbishop Shaw High School from 2011-21.
