Brother Martin celebrated 50 years of athletics during the 2018-19 basketball season by wearing uniforms that depicted the two schools from which it evolved.
At top, T.J. Small (35) dons the Cor Jesu garnet and gold in a Jan. 29 Catholic League game against Holy Cross, while Javier Perez, right, wears the crimson and white colors of St. Aloysius in a Feb. 12 home game against Jesuit. The Crusaders split with their long-time rivals, losing to Holy Cross, 56-54, then defeating Jesuit, 48-46.
