Third graders at Stuart Hall School for Boys sprang into action when they learned that many hospital chaplains, priests, extraordinary ministers of holy Communion and others who minister to the sick and dying had a dwindling supply of rosaries to offer their patients. The class organized a bake sale, raising enough money to purchase 600 rosaries. The rosaries were delivered to Deacon Jeff Tully, the Archdiocese of New Orleans’ health chaplaincy coordinator, and distributed to health care facilities across the area.
