Visitation of Our Lady Church, 3500 Ames Blvd., Marrero: Sept. 11, 3-5 p.m., Patriot Day Memorial and Celebration in the parking lot in front of Padre Hall II. Music by the New Orleans Navy Band with U.S. Attorney Jim Letten as guest speaker. Lawn chairs welcome. U.S. flags no longer suitable for display may be brought for proper retirement by Boy Scouts.
