    In order to provide pastoral care for the people of God in the Archdiocese of New Orleans, Archbishop Aymond has made the following appointment:

CHAIR
    Father Otis Young, as Chair of the Priestly Life and Ministry Committee of the Presbyteral Council, effective Nov. 1, 2012.

PART-TIME CHAPLAIN
    Father Michael Thanh Ngoc Nguyen, as part-time Chaplain of Tulane University Hospital, New Orleans, and be available for 24-hour emergency calls. This assignment is effective Oct. 1, 2012, through July 1, 2013.
