ARCHBISHOP RUMMEL, during Rummel Day on campus, 1971 alumnus John “Jay” Lauricella posthumously was awarded the school’s “Alumnus of the Year” award. His sister Sandy Lauricella Anzelmo accepted his award. Lauricella was lauded for his admiration, support and involvement in Archbishop Rummel High School over the years since his graduation. Longtime faculty member Joey Boh was recognized as this year’s Legacy Award winner for his 36 years as a classroom teacher, athletic coach and avid school supporter.
