The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (www.ivcusa.org) is composed of volunteers 50 years old or older who use their life experience and professional skills as a volunteer with an agency that serves people in need. Ignatian Volunteers commit to serving with a local non-profit agency eight to 16 hours a week from September through June. Volunteers meet as a group monthly for prayer and reflection in addition to one-on-one interactions with a “reflector” well-versed in Ignatian spirituality.
