ARCHBISHOP SHAW, annual shrimp and jambalaya festival with craft show, Sept. 15, 11 a.m.- 8 p.m.  Fully completed entry forms, with donation (depending if boiling shrimp, making jambalaya, doing both, etc.) due Sept. 8. CATHOLIC CHARITIES Archdiocese of New Orleans now recruiting foster grandparents to make a difference in a child’s life. Men and women ages 55 and older are paired with local youth to serve as a role model, mentor and friend. A small stipend is given for 15 to 20 hours of service a week.
