Memorial prayer for deceased classmates (bring pictures for display), presentation by Crucifixion mural artist Elise Grenier of the restoration of the mural behind the altar, coffee and donuts.
St. Augustine Gifted Academy for Boys, information session, April 24, 5 p.m., in the school’s dining hall. Discussions about the application process, selection criteria, summer intensive schedule, overview of curriculum, activities and program partnerships. Parents should bring a copy of the most recent report card. Applications available at the information session. St. Aug recently launched a program for gifted and talented young men in grades 4-7. The academy is designed to provide academic experiences and enrichment opportunities that will benefit participants.
Junior Purple Knights Summer Camp, four sessions for boys in grades 4-7. $175 a session with a $30 registration fee that includes a camp T-shirt. The camp is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Before- and after-care package for an additional flat rate.
