Beth Ann Simno assumes principal’s duties at Mt. Carmel

Beth Ann Simno, who began teaching at Mount Carmel Academy in 1978, is the first layperson to serve as principal of the school. She officially assumed the principal’s duties in July, taking over for Sister of Mount Carmel Camille Anne Campbell, who continues to serve as Mount Carmel president. “This is a great honor to be selected principal of this outstanding school,” Simno said. “I will serve Mount Carmel and its family with focus, dedication, prayer and respect.”
