Academy of Our Lady student signs commitment to play softball at Southeastern Louisiana University

Athletic director Gabie Huling, softball coach Frankie Palmisano and Salesian Principal Sister Michelle Geiger at the Academy of Our Lady proudly support senior Gina Escuda, of Luling, as she signed Nov. 13 a national letter of intent to play softball in college at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond. Escude was named to the Westbank Quarterback Club and first team All-District in 2018 and 2019. While at Southeastern Louisiana University Escude plans to study elementary education.
