At the 2013 Catholic Schools Week Mass at St. Dominic Church, Archbishop Gregory Aymond told hundreds of students gathered from archdiocesan schools that Catholic schools are standards of both academic and spiritual excellence. The Gospel (Matt 18: 1-5) made reference to Jesus’ placing a child in the midst of his disciples and saying: “Unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Students from elementary and secondary schools across the archdiocese participated in the annual Catholic Schools Week Mass in January 2013. This year’s CSW Mass is Jan. 31 at 10 a.m. at St. Dominic.
