howard_stations2At a Nov. 20 Mass in the chapel/conference room at the archdiocesan 1000 Howard Ave. office building, Archbishop Gregory Aymond blessed Stations of the Cross purchased at auction and then donated to the archdiocese by former state Sen. Fritz Windhorst and his wife Barbara, at middle in the picture on the right. The stations, replicas of the work of Ecuadoran artist Manuel Rendon Seminario, had been donated to the auction by Jose Cruz-Estrada (far right), the former Ecuadoran consul general to the U.S., and his wife Maria Augusta, left.
